Executive Director
​Lead the daily work and help build Sacred Share’s future.
Sacred Share is seeking its first dedicated Executive Director—a grounded, relational, and operationally minded leader who can strengthen our systems, equip our people, cultivate partnerships, and help the organization grow sustainably.

This is an employment opportunity responsible for carrying out the organization’s day-to-day leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors.
Position: Executive Director
Schedule: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week
Location: Primarily remote, Greater Austin area
Reports to: Board of Directors through the Board Chair
Board Leadership
Help govern, advocate for, and strengthen the mission.
Sacred Share’s Board of Directors provides guidance, accountability, advocacy, and stewardship as the organization grows.
Board members bring different experiences, relationships, perspectives, and professional strengths. Together, they help protect the mission, support organizational leadership, expand Sacred Share’s circle of relationships, and ensure that the organization is prepared for the future.

Board service is a volunteer governance commitment rather than an employment opportunity.
Term: Two years
Time commitment: Approximately 2–10 hours per month
Meetings: Virtual, with one required annual in-person meeting
Additional involvement: Committee service, fundraising, advocacy, and selected projects
