Marina's only sister was widowed in 2016. As she struggled to support her sister and several other widowed friends, she quickly realized how little information existed for family and friends looking to support their loved ones through grief. She developed this workshop and other courses with the help of widows and their communities as well as therapists, counselors, and doctors.

Your friend is grieving. You don't want to say the wrong thing. But is the right thing? What should you say? What can you do? We will cover the answers to these questions and more.

Biggest Struggles

There are three main roadblocks that hinder how we effectively support widows. We'll discuss how to get around these even if you've come against them before and got stuck.

Practical Strategies

There are practical things you CAN do and some things you definitely should NOT do. We'll workshop your unique circumstances.
