Marina's only sister was widowed in 2016. As she struggled to support her sister and several other widowed friends, she quickly realized how little information existed for family and friends looking to support their loved ones through grief. She developed this workshop and other courses with the help of widows and their communities as well as therapists and grief counselors.

Your friend is grieving. What do you say? You don't want to say the wrong thing. But what SHOULD you say? And you probably want to DO something too, but what? We will cover the answers to these questions and more.

Biggest Struggles

We'll discuss the main roadblocks that hinder how we effectively support widows and how they receive our help. We'll discuss how to get around these even if you've come against them before and got stuck.

Practical Strategies

We cover the very practical things you can do for your friend and some things you definitely

should NOT do.

You will be able to workshop your unique circumstances.
