Each year, we create Christmas Baskets for widows in our communities as a way to say “we see you, we haven’t forgotten you.”
We invite you to join us and create Christmas Baskets for widows in your community too.
DONATE TOWARD BASKETS
Donate gently used baskets, tissue paper, bows and unique, special "stocking stuffer" gifts to add to each basket. Donate anything from new cozy socks to specialty hot chocolate kits to pampering sets or gift cards to a local book store. Collect donations from your neighborhood or church group and deliver to one of our drop off locations. Need ideas on how to ask your networks for donations? We've compiled some samples from actual posts & emails volunteers have sent over the years. EVERY gift matters as each basket comes together in a unique fashion.
SPONSOR A BASKET
The contents of each basket are an assortment of uniquely curated items as well as common gifts for every widow and those with children at home. Every dollar donated goes directly towards filling each basket with gifts for these women and their families. Suggested donation amounts of $50 to $250 help us supplement each basket for widows including gifts for widows who are still raising their children.
